Amauta Corte IV – Innovation
The Amauta, in the original cultures of Cafayate, was the great teacher, the wise man. Respected for his knowledge of human subjects, of nature, and of the universe, it was he who taught to live.
These teachings were based on the Divine duality, two principles that harmonically complement each other, such as the sun and the moon, day and night, and life and death.
Our 4 blends come together with this perfect harmony and their names come from our values. The line is made up of four blends offering an interaction between the varietals and the complexity of a blend. These wines spend between 6 and 8 months in second-use oak barrels.
